How long does it take?
Generally our turn around time is 24-48 hours during business days. We do not work on weekends.
How much does it cost?
We charge $12.99 flat rate per design unless a file is in need of major work such as extra vectorizing or redrawing.
Can I get revisions?
We allow 1 revision per design.
Do you edit designs as well?
We do not provice creative editing such as changing fonts, adding elements, ect.
What file type do i get?
Files are done in PNG format unless otherwise specified.
Can you fix low-resolution artwork?
Yes. We can improve and clean up artwork when possible. If your design contains logos or blurry small text then it can be challengin to fix resolution and maintain accuracy. The results depend on the quality and complexity of the original file, so we'll work with what you provide to get the best possible result.
Does it work on any color shirt?
Yes we can prepare artwork for any color shirt!
Generally black shirts will give you the softest print for most photos as most photos have black and shadows that you can knock out and halftone. White shirts also generally work really well.
If you are wanting color knockout where we knock out the shirt color from the design, then the design has to have the shirt color in it.
If your design does not have your shirt color in it, or you want the same design to go on multiple color shirts, then we can do a halftone overlay that allows it to go on multiple colors.
How long does it take?
Once artwork is submitted, it generally takes 24-48 hours to get your files back.
